Shipping Schedule

We process and ship orders throughout the week, except Sundays and public holidays. To ensure your order arrives safely and on time, we partner with reputable courier services. If courier services are unavailable in your area, we’ll ship your items via Government Registered Post or Speed Post.

Delivery Charges

How are delivery charges calculated? The shipping charge is specified separately for each product. When ordering multiple items, the total delivery charge is calculated by adding the individual charges for each product.

For example: If you order three products, the delivery fee is the sum of the individual shipping charges associated with each product.

Inclusive Pricing: Our product prices include all applicable taxes, ensuring transparency. However, an extra Octroi charge may apply for shipments to Maharashtra.

Delivery Timeline

When can you expect your order?

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days. Most deliveries are completed within 7–8 working days, depending on your location. Your order will be delivered to the address you provided during checkout.

Receiving Your Order

What if your product is damaged on arrival? We make considerable effort to guarantee the safe delivery of your purchases. However, if the box is damaged or tampered with, refuse to accept it and give it back to the delivery person. Contact our customer service representatives immediately by phone or email, stating your Order ID.

We’ll personally see to it that you receive a brand-new replacement at no extra expense. When returning a product, please ensure that the original tags and packing are still in place.

Order Changes or Cancellations

We understand that plans can change! You can request an order change or cancellation anytime before your order is shipped. Once your order has been shipped, cancellations won’t be possible.
