Return and Refund Policy

At Vastra Shobha, we want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, don’t worry—we’re here to help.

Returns

You can return your product within 7 Days of delivery. After 7 Days, we won’t be able to process returns or exchanges.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • It should be returned in its original packaging.
  • Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions:

  • Items like intimate products, sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, or perishable goods cannot be returned.
  • If the item is damaged or missing parts (not due to our error), partial refunds may apply.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you via email about the status of your refund.

If approved: Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few days.

If denied: We’ll explain why and work to resolve any issues.

  • Double-check your bank or card statement.
  • Contact your bank or card provider, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges

We’ll replace defective or damaged items with the same product. Email us at vastrashobha.ai@gmail.com to start the exchange process.

Unboxing Video Required

To request a refund or exchange, please provide an unboxing video showing the item’s condition when it was received. This is required to process your request.

Shipping for Returns

Please note:

  • You’ll need to cover the shipping costs for returning the item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return shipping fee will be deducted.

Sale Items

Sale items are not eligible for refunds. Only full-priced items can be refunded.

Wholesale Orders

Refunds and returns are not available for wholesale purchases.
